We will be providing roundtrip shuttles from the Hilton Richmond Downtown and the Courtyard Richmond Downtown. If using the shuttle, please plan to board by 3pm sharp. There is also plenty of on-site parking for those who would like to drive.

Although we love your kids, our wedding is an adult-only event except for immediate family. Thank you for understanding!

The Welcome Dinner (Friday) is Smart Casual. The Wedding Ceremony/Reception (Saturday) is Formal (No Black Tie, i.e., no tuxedos). The Farewell Brunch (Sunday) is casual.

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather-permitting. The cocktail hour will be outdoor/indoor, and the reception will be indoor.

Richmond airport (RIC) is most direct for those flying. A large number of guests will also be driving down from Washington, DC (~100 miles), which has three airports (DCA/IAD/BWI). If those don't do the trick, two smaller airports near Richmond are Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF - 67 miles), and Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO - 80 miles). There is also an Amtrak train station in downtown Richmond, with service all along the Eastern Corridor.

All are welcome to join this welcome dinner! We will have the private event space and there will be pizza / apps / salad / beer / wine. There are multiple Triple Crossing locations - make sure you go to the Fulton one at 5203 Hatcher St. Attire is "Smart Casual", which is open to interpretation. You can't go wrong :)
